                 This article tell us about the health benefits of fruit. Fruits can helping regulate body digestive process. Fruits contains important vitamins that needed by body to stay healthy. Many vitamins in the fruits such as vitamin C, A and E  can act as anti-oxidants. Actually the  bright colors of many fruits is poweful source of anti-oxidants. This is something called phytonutrients. It's can help protect body against cancer-causing free radicals and may slow down some of the effects of aging. Many of the symptoms of diseases like Alzheimer's disease and other deteriorating conditions of the brain  can be avoided by eating the fruits  recommended at least five servings a day.
