Benefits of sleep.
                    
                  "Sleep" everybody needs sleep.Become prime minister even need sleep. Sleep a person needs depends on the individual. According to wikipedia sleep is a naturally recurring state characterized by reduced or absent consciouness, relatively suspendedsensory activity, and inactivity of nearly all voluntary muscles.
                    Article benefits of sleep is interesting for me as I a student that neglecting enough sleep because too many tasks to be solved .Everybody know that sleep is important routine in our daily life. We always sleep in our daily life but do we know that sleep is actually beneficial to us? .When reading this article I more interested to know what is the usefulness of sleep can do to humans.
                   Based on article benefits of sleep by Mark Stibich there are many benefits of sleep to human. These include, sleep is necessary for concentration, memory development and the repair of damage to body’s cells.In addition, researchers believe that during sleep, neurons can shut down and repair any damage done during the day.Moreover, sleep is prominent for hormone production such as human growth hormone (HGH) that regulate in children is release during deep sleep.Futhermore, tissue repair like tissue skin also occurs during sleep to the daily skin damage done by UV light. Do not have enough time to sleep will result in increases the risk for developing obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease and infections.Next, lack of sleep can kill and cause our immune system systems do not work well bring on our body temperature drop also develop other mental problems.
               I totally agree with this article because a lot of people today often ignore enough sleep.After reading this article I realise that sleep play an important role for body well-functioning.This article provides awareness to me to take care of my sleeping time.There are many negative effect that can we get when we do not take care of our sleep.
            In conclusion, one of the things that must be done as a human is sleep because sleep gives us many advantages as long as we know how to use it correctly. Sleep is something that gift from God after we tired and want to take a break in life. So appreciate the time you have to get enough sleep.
